Welcome to
Niskayuna Girls Softball League web site. The Niskayuna Girls Softball League provides a rewarding softball experience to both recreational and tournament ( Travel ) softball players in the Niskayuna area. NGSL is dedicated to teaching girls about the sport of softball and how to work together as a team in a supportive and encouraging environment. NGSL provides a positive learning environment for softball skill and character development for the benefit of young girls in the community. Our recreational teams are open to all girls (grades K through 12) who reside in or go to school in Niskayuna. All children who register to play in the recreational program are placed on a team. Our travel league is currently run by Dave Foucault. For more information please contact Dave at 346-7359. This is a more competitive league. There is a 10 and under, 12 and under and a 14 and under league. The season runs from Memorial Day until approximately Aug. 1. It is possible to play in both leagues. Cost varies per team. We are sponsored by many organizations and family businesses in and around the Niskayuna area. We thank all of our sponsors for their generosity and dedication to the girls.
